Meet Steve Stegelin

Steve Stegelin has been an editorial cartoonist for Charleston, SC’s altweekly Charleston City Paper for 20+ years. His snarky take on issues has been recognized by several organizations, including the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists, South Carolina Press Association, and Association of Alternative Newsmedia. Before calling out political malfeasance on the regular, Stegelin was best known for his 90s slacker indie comic BOONDOGGLE. He continues to dabble in indie comics, with stories in anthologies like SPAKOW!, MEGATON MAN MULTIMENSIONS, and TIMES LIKE THESE.
